Update: Winner announced When LG announced the G2, many tech experts in the world, predicted that the device would do wonderfully well. For once, a major mobile manufacturer had gone on and taken upon itself to do something different and try and move away from the conventional designs we had come to expect from a smartphone. The LG G2 features a unique design, which sees the volume button as well as the power lock/ unlock button right at the bottom of the Camera lens behind the device. The reason LG gave at the launch of the device was that after months of aggressive research, they found it was getting tougher for people with average sized hands to grip and unlock their phones, thanks to the ever increasing size of the screens and therefore they felt that placing the volume buttons where the index finger would normally lie would solve the trick. It may not be the perfect solution, but at least LG made a move and you have to credit them for that. For large parts, it is the unique design of the device with its ultra slim bezel and SnapDragon 800 processor that make it one of the best devices in the market currently.
